Neil Bryan Tygar Graduated Hofstra University School of Law in 1989 (JD), and holds an LL.M. RPD (masters of laws degree in Real Property and Land Development) from the University of Miami Law School of Law. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1990, The Florida Bar and Washington D.C. Bars in 1991. Mr. Tygar practiced with the New York Firm of Goldson & Radin P.C. in the area of Real Estate Litigation until moving to Florida where he opened the Florida office of Goldson, Radin, & Tygar, P.A. The Florida office concentrated in Insurance Defense Litigation and worked with insurance companies in the areas of Real Estate Brokerage E&O, and Medical Malpractice Defense. In 1997 the Florida firm split up and was renamed the Law Offices of Neil Bryan Tygar, P.A. Since 1997 Mr. Tygar's practice has concentrated in Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Bankruptcy, State and Federal Litigation, and Title Insurance. Mr. Tygar has over 32 years of litigation experience and handles litigation matters including Federal ADA, FLSA, RICO, Bankruptcy, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices and Discrimination, as well as state law issues including Association Disputes, Defamation, Employment and Non-Competition Agreements, Fraud, and General Civil Litigation.

 

In addition to being admitted to practice before State Courts in New York , Florida, and Washington D.C. he is admitted to practice before the following Federal Courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Eastern District of New York and Western District of New York, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Military Appeal, U.S. Court of International Trade, and United States Supreme Court.

 

Mr. Tygar is a certified circuit court mediator, certified appellate court mediator, and a certified county court mediator in Florida.
